Planned
Moment: Alex reset after the early setback, brought the group together and called a clear plan. The players stayed composed for the next passage of play.
The set play that clicked. The athlete who stepped up. The habit worth revisiting. Keep the moments that shape your season, and put them to work.
Keep the detail while it’s fresh. Bring a clearer observation to your next session or athlete conversation.

Your winning moments. Clearer insight with AI.
Planned AI-assisted reviews will help you spot patterns, recognise growth and prepare your next session.
Built around the coach
More than a record of athlete development. A working memory for what you’re learning about your coaching, your players and your team.
Capture the decision, movement or conversation you want to remember. A quick voice note or a few words, close to the action.
Return to pressure, communication or set plays. See your observations together and decide what deserves attention next.
Use your notes to shape a drill, prepare a conversation or recognise growth. You decide what the evidence means.

Reflect with context · Coming next
Planned coaching reviews bring your selected Moments together, with links back to the observations. A useful starting point for your judgement.
In these two observations, players created more options when they paused and looked up. Revisit scanning before the next pressure drill.
Read the 2 example observationsTraining A: Alex paused and found the free player. Training B: Jamie called the outlet early; the group kept possession.
Illustrative review, not a live AI result. The coach makes the next decision.
See where your attention has been, and who you haven’t noted recently.
Example attention coverage, never a player rating. A squad note does not mean every athlete received individual attention.

When a Moment shows an athlete’s development, choose the relevant observation, review it and build a meaningful endorsement. General coaching notes can stay as coaching notes.
Athlete Stack’s 14 capabilities give that recognition a consistent language. A captured observation is never automatically a verified endorsement.
Existing report example. The Moments-to-evidence connection is planned.
Proposed launch plans
The current proposed Endorsements plans are shown below. Moments features and paid plans will open when launch checks are complete.
For a coach building a season of observations.
For a shared programme and its coaching staff.
7-day trial of the current experience, starting after email verification. No card required. Paid pricing is proposed; report delivery requires an active paid plan when paid launch opens. Displayed trial links do not take payment.
A few useful answers
This page previews the next chapter of Vantics Endorsements. The existing experience supports athlete notes, audio capture, reviewed evidence and reports. Shared group and squad Moments, topic reviews and the new attention view are still in development. Trial signup opens the current experience.
No. A note about a set play, a team habit or your own coaching can simply help you prepare. Athlete endorsements require athlete-specific evidence and an explicit coach review. The planned Moments connection will preserve that distinction.
The planned default for new raw Moments is private to their author. Sharing will be deliberate and limited to authorised people. This new privacy model is still being built; it should not be assumed for the current Endorsements trial, where notes follow existing team and coach access rules.
No. Planned reviews summarise a bounded set of your observations and link back to the source Moments. They are intended to help you reflect. Coaches choose the action and approve any athlete evidence or endorsement. The examples on this page are illustrative.
The approved retention policy is 30 days after successful transcription. Automatic cleanup is not enabled yet. Its activation and verification are part of the remaining launch work. Transcripts and reviewed notes follow their own retention rules.
The planned Moments experience is standalone, using the same underlying athlete and season context. You won’t need planning features to capture a Moment. A later integration is planned inside Season under an organisation licence, enabled by your super admin with no separate Moments checkout. That integration is not available yet.
